How it works

  • ECM Tuning can only be provided by an ECM unlock with HP Tuners. This means your ECM needs to be removed from your truck and shipped to us.
    1. Place your order online or over the phone and select your shipping option. 
    2. Once the order has been placed. A UPS shipping label will be emailed to the email on file. 
    3. INCLUDE THE INVOICE AND ORDER NUMBER FROM YOUR PURCHASE WITH THE ECM BEING SHIPPED TO US!
    4. Your truck will be inoperable during this process.
    5. We promise to work as quickly as possible to complete the unlock process and ship your ECM back. For the quickest possible turn-around time, please follow these steps.
  • TCM Tuning can be provided with the use of HP Tuner hardware and software.
    1. The TCM file will be emailed and need to be programmed while the ECM and MPVI device are connected to the vehicle
    2. Along with the tune files, detailed instructions will be included.
