Return Policy and Procedure
Returns MUST be made within 30 days of the delivery receipt. No exceptions.
All calibration/tune files are intellectual property of VIN Specific Enterprises LLC as such all sales are final.
What can be returned?
- Most new, unopened, still factory sealed merchandise within 30 days of receipt of shipping
- Any item received in error
What cannot be returned or refunded?
- Intellectual property of VIN Specific Enterprises LLC (i.e., Calibration/Tune files, data log reviews)
- Tuning Licenses, Tokens or Credits
- Parts that have been installed, used or damaged
Restocking Fees
- Products engineered and machined by VIN Specific Enterprises LLC are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Products manufactured outside of VIN Specific Enterprises LLC are subject to the manufacturers restocking fee policy
Returns Procedure:
- Contact VIN Specific Enterprises LLC at 833-789-7700
- If you have an account with VIN Specific Enterprises, please login
- Under My Orders, click view order on the order you would like to setup a return for
- On the top right of your order details page, click return and fill out the RMA form and details
- When you have filled out the form, click submit to send the information to us
- Request an RMA for the item you wish to return and verify the item is returnable
- Prepare your package in the original packaging with all parts, pieces and paperwork that were included when delivered
- Return your item via your preferred shipping provider.
- If the return is due to an improperly or incorrectly shipped item from VIN Specific Enterprises LLC, you will receive a prepaid label via email.
- For all other returns, shipping is to be paid for by the customer.
- Upon receipt of your return, VIN Specific Enterprises LLC will inspect your item and issue a refund according to VIN Specific Enterprise's refund and restocking fee policy. Some parts have a required 15-35% restocking fee based on manufacturer policies which we will charge and deduct from your refund.
- Refunds may take up to 10 days to process
Core Returns Policy
All products in which a core fee was included must be returned within 20 days of receipt of the product. Cores not received within the 20 days are subject to a 20% late fee or will be subject to refusal. Upon receiving the core, VIN Specific Enterprises LLC will inspect the part for any damage, defects, and test the functionality of the part. Cores that are damaged (turbo cores) or non serviceible will not recieve a core refund or if part of the core is usable the core will be refunded at 50% of the core fee. VIN Specific Enterprises LLC reserves the right to reject issuing a core refund if the core return and refund guidelines are not met.
Core return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Within the box needs to be your order number. Cores received without an order number will be returned to the sender.
Order cancellation
Any order that is placed on our website and then cancelled PRIOR to it shipping is subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the product cost. Realize that many of the products we build are custom for the end user and order build out is based on when it was received. There are NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS!!!
Sale Pricing
Throughout the year VIN Specific Enterprises LLC runs sales and promotional sales for new products. Sale pricing is only applied to purchases that are made during the listed dates of the sale. Refunds or discounts to get the sale price because the item was purchased outside of the sales periods will not be honored. We try our best to let everyone know of sales coming up, please check with us often!! NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS!!!

BUYER and/or USER assume all responsibility for any damage resulting from the use or misuse of this product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BUYER hereby waives all claims against SELLER arising from the use of this product. BUYER hereby waives all remedies or liabilities, expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise, (including without limitation any obligations of SELLER with respect to fitness, merchant-ability, and consequential damages) or whether or not occasioned by SELLER’s negligence. SELLER disclaims any warranty and expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury or damages. Under no circumstances will SELLER be liable for any damages or expenses by reason of use or sale of any such products. SELLER assumes no liability regarding the improper installation, misuse, or misapplication of its products. It is the BUYER’S responsibility to ensure proper installation and use.

Some products offered for sale through this website are designed and intended for off-highway, competition use only. Once these products are installed on a vehicle, it can only be used for sanctioned, competition use. It is illegal to use these products on vehicles that operate on highways and roadways.
Use of these products on a motor vehicle that operates on any state or federal highway or roadway may constitute a violation of the Clean Air Act (CAA). The CAA can be found at http://www.epa.gov/air/caa/. You should read the CAA, particularly 42 USC § 7522 and the related regulations before using this product. Some products offered for sale through this website are capable of the following:
Making a vehicle non-compliant with local, state, and federal emissions regulations, including the CAA.
Making a vehicle capable of obtaining vehicle speeds unsafe for driving conditions.
Making a vehicle capable of obtaining conditions exceeding safe vehicle speeds based on the mechanical condition of the vehicle, such as tire speed ratings.
Making the vehicle capable of exceeding mechanical limits of engine speed, power output, and mechanical stress upon the powertrain, driveline, chassis, and body of the vehicle.
Producing power and torque output(s) requires superior driving skills and techniques in order to be safely applied. It is the sole responsibility of BUYER of these products to make BUYER and any USER of these products aware of these additional capabilities and adjust the installation and use of the product accordingly or to not install or use the product.
Installation and use of these products could result in the voidance of vehicle and/or parts manufacturers’ warranties.
BUYER is not relying upon SELLER’S skill or judgment to select or furnish products suitable for any particular purpose and all products are sold without any warranty whatsoever, express or implied, as to fitness for any particular intended use.

Electronic devices program to customer’s vehicle identification number (VIN) such as ECM and TCM, custom manufactured parts such as turbochargers built to customer specs, and fuel system parts that have had diesel fuel put in them are NOT accepted for return/cancellation.
