Return Policy

Return Policy and Procedure

Returns MUST be made within 30 days of the delivery receipt. No exceptions.

All calibration/tune files are intellectual property of VIN Specific Enterprises LLC as such all sales are final.

What can be returned?

  • Most new, unopened, still factory sealed merchandise within 30 days of receipt of shipping
  • Any item received in error

What cannot be returned or refunded?

  • Intellectual property of VIN Specific Enterprises LLC (i.e., Calibration/Tune files, data log reviews)
  • Tuning Licenses, Tokens or Credits
  • Parts that have been installed, used or damaged

Restocking Fees

  • Products engineered and machined by VIN Specific Enterprises LLC are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Products manufactured outside of VIN Specific Enterprises LLC are subject to the manufacturers restocking fee policy

Returns Procedure:

  1. Contact VIN Specific Enterprises LLC at 833-789-7700
  2. If you have an account with VIN Specific Enterprises, please login
    • Under My Orders, click view order on the order you would like to setup a return for
    • On the top right of your order details page, click return and fill out the RMA form and details
    • When you have filled out the form, click submit to send the information to us
  3.  Request an RMA for the item you wish to return and verify the item is returnable
  4. Prepare your package in the original packaging with all parts, pieces and paperwork that were included when delivered
  5. Return your item via your preferred shipping provider.
    • If the return is due to an improperly or incorrectly shipped item from VIN Specific Enterprises LLC, you will receive a prepaid label via email.
    • For all other returns, shipping is to be paid for by the customer.
  6. Upon receipt of your return, VIN Specific Enterprises LLC will inspect your item and issue a refund according to VIN Specific Enterprise's refund and restocking fee policy. Some parts have a required 15-35% restocking fee based on manufacturer policies which we will charge and deduct from your refund.
    • Refunds may take up to 10 days to process

Core Returns Policy

All products in which a core fee was included must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product. Cores not received within the 30 days are subject to a 20% late fee or will be subject to refusal. Upon receiving the core, VIN Specific Enterprises LLC will inspect the part for any damage, defects, and test the functionality of the part.

Core return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Within the box needs to be your order number. Cores received without an order number will be returned to the sender.
