ECM SETUP Read all prior to purchase!! -

 

This procedure requires an ECM swap into the truck. This is for 2022 6.7 + Powerstroke ECMs only. We will provide you with a ECM programmed with the power level of your choosing.  The rest of the process is below after ECM is installed into the truck:

Information: You will need to perform a parameter reset for the keys or program the keys to the PCM this can be with the Ford dealer FDRS. 

 

Step 1: You will need a Ford VCM3 (which are nationally backordered) or a Mongoose plus cable here https://www.opusivs.com/products/j2534-pass-thru/mongooseplus

 

Step 2: Ford FDRS you can download and purchase a two-day licence https://www.fordtechservice.dealerconnection.com/VDIRS/wds/vcm_retail_renewal_Latest.asp

 

Step 3: PATS access is required to perform ECM resets.

Tuning

How it works

  • ECM Tuning can only be provided with a bench flash. This means your ECM needs to be removed from your truck and shipped to us.
    • Your truck will be inoperable during this process.
    • We promise to work as quickly as possible to complete the bench flash process and ship your Tuned ECM back. For the quickest possible turn-around time, please follow these steps.
      1. Place your order online or over the phone and select overnight shipping. This will cover the cost of us shipping the Tuned ECM back to you. IT DOES NOT COVER THE COST OF YOU SHIPPING YOUR STOCK ECM TO US.
      2. Arrange overnight shipping to us with early delivery if possible. Make sure to keep a copy of your tracking number.
      3. INCLUDE THE RECEIPT FROM YOUR PURCHASE WITH THE ECM BEING SHIPPED TO US!
  • TCM Tuning can be provided with the use of HP Tuner hardware and software.
    • The following is required for the installation of custom TCM Tuning.
      1. Either our private labeled HP Tuner RTD or MVPI2
      2. HP Tuner credits (purchased from us or HP Tuners Direct)
      3. In vehicle flashing

 

  • Federal Emissions Standards and Compliance:

 

--> Please be advised that these calibrations have a part number under EPA enforcement - as such will function only on trucks with working emissions control systems on them. SCR (selective catalyst reduction) DPF (diesel particulate filter) all NOx monitors, soot monitors, DEF (diesel exhaust fuel) monitors, reductant heaters/pump, EGT sensors, EGR sensors and other applicable Tier 4 emissions monitoring equipment will be required to be online before calibrations are completed and after in order for all OBDII compliance tests to be completed satisfactory and in accordance with current emissions standards. If this product is purchased with the intent to use on a truck with no emission equipment in place - we will not refund the purchase.
