- ARP hardware included for turbo mounting (x4) and pedestal mounting (x4)
- 360 Degree Piston coating applied for maximum heat rejection
The OEM turbo pedestal is made from low grade cast steel which has a tendency to crack and break from prolonged high temperatures from high horsepower tuning as well as towing. This is evident as these trucks age and get inspected during tear downs.
We chose a Superalloy material to cast and machine due to its superior strength, resistance to cracking and long term ability to reject heat vs cast steel or stainless steel.
