- Nebraska-Based Shops: All Nebraska residents and businesses are strictly required by state law to complete a Nebraska Department of Revenue Form 13 (Resale Exempt Certificate).
- Submission Action: Please fill out the form entirely and email it directly to dealers@runvse.com alongside your application submission. We cannot activate your tax-exempt dealer pricing tier until this documentation is verified on file.

? Dealer Program Tier Architecture
Our tiering structure allows you to select your ideal entry method. Accelerate your profit margins immediately with a Tier 1 buy-in, or organically climb the ranks starting at Tier 0.
Entry Options:
- The Accelerator Option (Tier 1 Entry): Approved applicants pay a one-time buy-in of $5,000. This entire amount is immediately issued back to your account as a $5,000 VSE Store Credit to fund your initial inventory, placing you instantly into Tier 1 margins.
- The Organic Option (Tier 0 Entry): Forego the upfront buy-in completely. You will be placed directly into Tier 0 automatically upon completing your very first VSE Tuning or VSE Engineered parts transaction.

Note on Account Maintenance: Tier advancements are updated dynamically as soon as your rolling volume meets the next bracket's qualifications. Tier regressions and account health are formally audited by management at strict 6-month intervals. VSE reserves the right to alter or remove dealer status based on baseline tracking performance and our structural Terms and Conditions.
? Compliance, Intellectual Property, & Status Revocation
VSE maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding the integrity of our intellectual property. Dealer status, system access, and margin discounts may be permanently revoked without warning or refund if a dealer is found guilty of:
- Utilizing, distributing, or referencing proprietary intellectual property or software codes from VSE without express written authorization.
- Attempting to break, reverse-engineer, decompile, patch, or circumvent VSE digital calibrations or file locks.
- Operating dishonestly regarding the deployment, mislabeling, or misrepresentation of genuine VSE IP or manufactured components.

1. How do we apply for an authorized account?
Simply complete the Become a Dealer/Member intake form located below, ensuring you select your preferred entry strategy (Tier 0 or Tier 1 Buy-In). Once our vetting team approves your business credentials, you will receive an automated activation email containing your specialized dealer network login parameters and a mandatory password configuration request. (Reminder: Nebraska-based applicants must submit Form 13 to dealers@runvse.com).
2. How do we execute the Tier 1 buy-in payment?
Upon application approval, VSE will dispatch a formal digital invoice to your verified company email address containing the dedicated Buy-In Product SKU. Once this invoice is paid in full, our administrative team updates your account status to Tier 1 instantly. The entire $5,000 balance is applied straight to your digital profile as an open store credit for your next orders.
3. We were previously registered as a VSE Dealer, but our access is inactive. Why?
To maintain ecosystem health, dealers who fail to post purchase volume within a baseline rolling 6-month window are automatically purged from our active dealer directory. You are welcome to re-apply for active status at any time under the standard conditions and tier options detailed above.
4. Are there any annual maintenance or licensing fees?
There are no annual flat fees required to keep your VSE account alive. However, we audit all accounts at continuous 6-month checkpoints. Inactive accounts that fail to produce purchasing activity within any 90-to-120 day window may face administrative removal or tier markdown.
5. I am an active VSE Dealer. How do these program updates impact my current profile?
If your shop has completed a transaction within the last 90-to-120 days, your account remains active and has been mapped directly to its matching relative tier matrix. No active accounts were penalized or demoted during this roll-out; conversely, several high-performing dealers were automatically advanced to higher margin brackets based on their trailing performance volume.
