Vin Specific Enterprises LLC — Master Shipping Policy & Fulfillment Procedures. (Including International Shipping)
Effective Date: September 24, 2026

At VSE Vin Specific Enterprises LLC (VSE), we operate a highly efficient fulfillment pipeline to ensure your high-performance hardware and calibration equipment arrive quickly and securely. By finalizing your checkout transaction on our storefront, you explicitly agree to the logistics timelines, signature rules, and handling protocols outlined below.

1. Order Processing Timelines & Lead Times
  • Standard Inventory Lead Time: Most standard in-stock orders are processed, packed, and handed off to carriers within 24 hours of order placement.Does not include Holidays, Friday, Saturday or Sunday orders.
  • Exclusions: Fulfillment actions do not occur on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or official U.S. federal holidays.
  • Special Orders & Built-to-Spec Components: Custom mechanical fabrications, out-of-stock variations, and parts drop-shipped directly from external manufacturing facilities require extended processing windows based on raw component availability and production queues.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Frameworks
All shipping costs are dynamically calculated during the checkout process based on the exact dimensional weight, package volume, and destination zip code of your items.

Estimated transit windows apply from the date of shipment, not the date the order was initialized:
Shipping Method / Carrier Typical Delivery Time Frames
UPS / FedEx Ground 3 to 5 Business Days
UPS / FedEx 3-Day Express 3 Business Days
UPS / FedEx 2-Day Express 2 Business Days
UPS / FedEx Next Day Air 1 Business Day
USPS (Standard/Priority) 5 to 7 Business Days
LTL / Truck Freight (Large/Overweight Items) 7 to 10 Business Days
International Shipping 5 Business Days to 2 Weeks (Subject to Customs)

3. Strict Signature Requirements & Delivery Logistics
Due to the high financial value and technical complexity of precision engine components and electronics, VSE enforces rigid security safeguards during transit:
  • Adult Signature Required: Most shipments leave our facility with a "Direct Adult Signature Required" restriction. An adult must be physically present at the delivery destination to receive and sign for the package.
  • Carrier Autonomy: Both UPS and FedEx retain absolute legal authority to demand a physical signature upon delivery based on internal liability assessments and shipment values, completely overriding any pre-existing delivery releases or notes on the recipient's account.
  • Undeliverable & Refused Shipments: If a shipment is explicitly refused at the door or returned to our Bennington, NE warehouse due to multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer assumes 100% financial responsibility for all return-to-sender freight fees, re-delivery surcharges, and applicable restocking fees outlined in our Return Policy.
  • Address Management: VSE is not legally or financially liable for packages marked as undeliverable due to typographical errors entered by the buyer, nor are we responsible for packages intercepted or redirected to secondary carrier pick-up lockers by the customer.

4. Backorders, Discontinued Items, & Manufacturer Delays
  • Inventory Synchronization: While we continuously update our digital e-commerce inventory, manufacturing changes or rapid order surges can occasionally cause a component to become temporarily unavailable or discontinued without warning.
  • Drop-Ship Logistics: Certain specialty items ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse. VSE is not liable for structural processing or shipping delays originating within third-party supplier networks.
  • Customer Notification Protocols: In the event of an unforeseen backorder or manufacturer delay, our customer service department will contact you directly via the email address and phone number attached to your profile. It is your responsibility to maintain accurate contact data on your account to ensure you receive critical update alerts.

International Shipping Addendum: Customs, Duties, & Import Restrictions
This addendum outlines the specific policies, financial obligations, and legal parameters governing all orders shipped outside the borders of the United States. By placing an international order on runvse.com, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) Policy
All international shipments dispatched by VSE are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).
  • Customer Financial Responsibility: The shipping fees calculated at checkout cover only the physical cost of moving the freight from our Nebraska facility to your destination country.
  • Import Fees: Any local import taxes, specialized customs clearance fees, broker fees, and value-added taxes (VAT) are calculated directly by your local government customs agency once the package enters your border. VSE does not collect, predict, or pay these fees. They must be paid entirely by the customer before the carrier will release the package to the final delivery address.

2. Customs Clearance, Inspections, & Processing Delays
  • Physical Inspections: International packages are subject to random or mandatory border security inspections. VSE has zero control over local customs agents, operations, or clearance timelines.
  • Delayed Milestones: Delays stemming from customs holdings, document verification, or administrative clearance processes do not qualify an order for a shipping refund or order cancellation.

3. Refused, Abandoned, or Undeliverable International Cargo
If you refuse an international shipment due to unexpected customs fees, fail to provide required import documentation to border officials, or provide an incorrect delivery address:
  • Return Costs: The shipping carrier will bill VSE for the return freight costs to bring the package back to the United States.
  • Financial Deductions: If a refused package safely returns to our facility, the total cost of both the outward shipping and the return-to-sender freight fees, along with a 20% international handling fee, will be deducted directly from your product refund.
  • Abandoned Cargo: If the cost of return freight exceeds the value of the components, or if local customs regulations dictate that the refused items must be destroyed or abandoned at the border, no refund of any kind will be issued to the customer.

4. International Regulatory Compliance & Compliance Holds
Due to strict international environmental policies and tracking rules for electronic engine tuners and performance automotive components, certain products may be flagged or restricted from entry into specific countries.
  • Legal Validation: It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify that aftermarket automotive tuning hardware and electronic calibrations are completely legal for import and use within their home country prior to ordering.
  • Seizure Liability: VSE assumes no liability or financial responsibility for products that are permanently confiscated, seized, or destroyed by foreign customs enforcement agencies due to localized non-compliance or environmental bans.
